The Hotel and Guest House is developed on two buildings. In the main structure of recent construction there is the reception and 13 rooms, in the Guest House there are 7 rooms and the pool area. We are at the center of Villasimius, in a quiet position with a suggestive panoramic view of the sea and of the town.

The Hotel rooms, 4 Deluxe double rooms and 9 Executive double doubles, are furnished in a modern, minimalist and functional style, with Artemide and Kartell design pieces, and spread over three floors (ground, first and second). The terraces and balconies are equipped with a teak table and one or two small armchairs where you can relax in the open air. Great attention to detail even in the bathroom, with suspended bathroom fixtures, a large sink and spacious showers. Reception and Breakfast Room will welcome you on the ground floor, with a relaxation area equipped with tables and comfortable sofas inside or on the external veranda.
The bar is open every day from 8am to 1pm evening from 5pm to 8pm, for a simple coffee, a delicious aperitif or to enjoy a digestive after a good dinner. We have a wide choice of The and Biological Juices, Handmade Beers and Winery Producers Wines territory and not only.
The principal beach is distant about 900 meters, the Marina is situated about a 2.5 km from the hotel. All the beaches of Villasimius are reachable by car or alternative with shuttle service to pay that starts from the principal street of the town..

The Suite has a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a living room with Small kitchen and sofa bed. It has a large outdoor terrace with views of the sea and the center of Villasimius. The Suite is the only that has the private parking.
