A unique concept specially created by Riccardo Giraudi for Le Coucou, Biancaneve is entirely dedicated to Italian cuisine. Located on the sixth floor of the hotel, the restaurant offers the chance to savour the best of the region in a refined decor designed by Pierre Yovanovitch.
Shared antipasti, exceptional mozzarellas and charcuterie, refined fresh pasta… From Veneto to Sardinia, enjoy an exceptional culinary journey with all the timeless classics, created using quality products carefully selected from well-known Italian producers.

The place to get together at any time of day, the Bar reflects the spirit of Le Coucou in every way: chic yet relaxed, elegant yet warm, romantic for two, yet equally vibrant with a group of friends. The perfect spot to admire the skiers on the slope opposite while enjoying a cappuccino or a Club Sandwich, the Bar is also the place for food lovers, drawn by its irresistibly delicious buffet for that afternoon snack. Then at cocktail hour, Le Coucou’s barman brings out the shakers with breathtaking recipes designed especially for Le Coucou. With live music on certain evenings, the Bar has all it takes to warm up Méribel.

In the mountains, breakfast is a generous affair, thanks to Le Coucou’s enormous buffet brimming with hot and cold, sweet and savoury delights, served at the Biancaneve restaurant on the sixth floor. Pastries and home-made breads, eggs in every way, fresh fruit and vegetable juices of all colours, pastries, charcuterie, local cheeses, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. An Acai bowl or a mountain-style blueberry tart, there is something to satisfy all tastes and desires, leaving you ready to tackle the moguls or powder, a snowshoe trek or a dog sled tour. Service every day from 7:30am to 10:30am.

Divided into two areas, the fitness room offers a panoramic vista over the valley that gives you the impression you are outdoors – a unique sensation that is perfect for boosting performance! The first room is equipped with several Technogym® machines, all the sports equipment essentials and a minibar.
The other area of the room is equipped with a Kinesis TM, a rowing machine and a space dedicated for personalised Pilates and yoga lessons. A coach is available on request for any specific requirements.

At the Kid’s Club, children can have great fun with a very kind yeti and some very funny monsters. With a TV cabin, slide, climbing wall, and activity workshops for the little ones… kids are sure to have fun. Meribel is an umbrella term for an area of The Three Valleys which includes the ski resorts of Les Allues, Meribel Village, Meribel Centre, Les Hauts and Mottaret.
Nestled in the beautiful Alpine valley of Les Allues, Méribel is a renowned ski resort where you can experience that quintessential ski holiday.
Giving access to ski terrain ranging from 1100m to 2952m in altitude, with 150km of pistes. The pistes are made up of eight green, 25 blue, 24 red and seven black runs.

The interior window has wood shutters dividing the bedroom and the bathroom lets light flood in to create a relaxing sunlit space.
All the Deluxe rooms have balconies and can be adjoined with a room or a suite.
Each Prestige Room has a balcony and can be adjoined with another room or suite, separated by a shared entrance for more privacy. The room boasts a cosy quilt on the bed, subdued lighting, soft fabrics, stylish, rounded shapes designed by Pierre Yovanovitch. A few surprises are in store for guests of the Prestige Room such as the coat hooks in the shape of owl heads.

Cosy and comfortable ambiances and a corner lounge boast views over the valley, the pistes, or the Jardin Alpin. Soft fabrics and refined colours, are designed with elegance by Pierre Yovanovitch. From the bed frame with its rounded forms to the frosted glass lights that are reminiscent of ice cubes, many touches are inspired by the mountain surroundings.
Tranquillity reigns through the Superior Suite thanks to its linen, velvet and wool fabrics that decorate the bedroom and the separate lounge area with its cocooning bench seats. Several superior suites overlook the Jardin Alpin, others the Belvédère piste, so children and adults alike can enjoy watching the skiers in the distance.
The vast spaces and separate lounge boast a large sofa bed and warm ambiance thanks to the generous woodwork, selection of materials, vibrant textures and the cleverly positioned lights.
All the codes of the mountain are reinterpreted with elegance and modernity, from the bed frame with rounded forms to the frosted glass lights that are reminiscent of ice cubes.
