This ski-in, ski-out chalet offers guests a warm welcome in its 35 rooms, family suites and apartments, completely renovated in a re-imagined Alpine style. La Sivoliere welcomes you in its restaurant overlooking the pine trees and the ski slopes to make you discover authentic flavours perfectly cooked by our Chef.
For breakfast, La Sivolière offers a generous buffet known for its exceptional quality and abundance. Later on in the day, give in to temptation and enjoy irresistible snacks like tarts, crêpes and other delights, prepared right before your eyes.
But this is at dinner time that the taste experience will reach the peak because this year La Sivolière is preparing big culinary surprises at La Table de Madame. You will savor the “a la carte” menu while contemplating the illuminated forest through the large picture windows.
In the evening, head for the bar, which opens onto a cosy lounge area with a fireplace. Sip a mulled wine, champagne or whisky, or enjoy one of our signature, classic or custom-prepared cocktails.
With its vast selection of dishes and refreshments, the bar is also the perfect place for a light and informal meal that’s still every bit as delicious.
