Forte Village is a destination in itself, set on the south-west coast of the island of Sardinia, near Pula, just 45 km from the Island’s capital, Cagliari, and its international airport. Nestled among 47 hectares of beautiful gardens along a white sand beach on the sunny south coast of Sardinia. Forte Village offers a choice of 8 magnificent hotels which include 3 four-star hotels, Bouganville, Le Palme and Il Borgo, and 5 five-star hotels which include Hotel Il Castello, Hotel Pineta, Le Dune the Villa Del Parco and the Waterfront Suites plus there are 12 luxurious Villas, 11 plus new addition in 2019, each with a private garden and a private swimming pool.
The resort has completed a €40m refurbishment program of all accommodation, and public areas. The Forte Arena, adjacent to the Forte Village, has a calendar of entertainment every year, previous shows have included Sting and Shaggy, Andrea Bocelli, Il Volo, Anastacia, the ballet Swan Lake.
New facilities include: a new children’s playpark, an extended Aquapark with exciting water chutes and water games and a new infinity pool with sea view for le Dune guests. For ultimate in privacy reserve a Villa with its own private pool or book the new private spa within the Acquaforte Spa. In 2019, project green will further enhance the resorts already strong sustainability credentials.
The perfect place for those who seek the personal service and lifestyle of a classic luxury hotel. Completely refurbished in a cool Mediterranean décor style, Hotel Il Castello is located in a secluded forest grove adjacent to the beach. The rooms are either sea or mountain facing, the exclusive suites on the fourth and fifth floors have panoramic views of the sea. Hotel Castello has its own heated swimming pool with beautiful sea views and the charming Cavalieri garden restaurant for dining ‘al fresco’ with soft piano music every evening.
The Executive Floors are home to the Executive Deluxe Mare rooms, Junior Suites and Suites. All have beautiful terraces, and some have panoramic views over the sea. (See Castello suites). Added by popular request, the adjacent five-star Castello Garden Bungalows provide family accommodation near the beach.

Some require an advance reservation and a supplement. Each hotel has its own breakfast restaurant and a main restaurant plus a choice of 3 or more other restaurants for dinner included in the half board rate.
The restaurants available for everyone are the Brazilian, Forte Grill, the Sardinian restaurant and La Pineta buffet (Cavalieri buffet for Castello guests).

A large buffet surrounded by pine grove, offering a vast array of dishes each day. The menu is further enriched during theme nights with traditional dishes.
Our pizzeria offers all the joy and casualness of a great pizza with traditional and natural ingredients. To complete the menù, there are other typical Italian dishes such as the Caprese di Bufala, made with buffalo milk cheese, freshly sliced cold meats and a wide selection of fresh salads. The wine list concentrates mainly on Sardinian wines and offers an ample choice of Italian craft beers.
Forte Grill offers an exceptional selection of high-quality meat from Italy, Ireland and Australia, as well as a choice of desserts and icecreams.
You can dine in the first Hell’s Kitchen restaurant, exclusive to Forte Village. In addition to à la carte dining, there are sushi and gourmet hamburgers on offer for lunch. Located near the Oasis pool, it is definitely not to be missed.

Da Rocco Iannone with a magnificent view over the Oasis pool, this restaurant is run by Chef Rocco Iannone. An enchanting locale, where you can rediscover the best traditional Italian cuisine. Open from the beginning of July until the end of August. The cost of dining is not included in the accommodation price.
Singh Restaurant Vivek Singh, the Executive Chef of the multiple award-winning London restaurant group, The Cinnamon Collection, will bring to Forte Village this summer his modern Indian cuisine from The Old Westminster Library in London.
Le Dune is a sophisticated à la carte restaurant from which you can admire the Mediterranean Sea while savouring traditional Italian dishes, revisited according to the most modern gastronomic trends.
Chef Massimiliano Mascia, of San Domenico di Imola, brings the excellence of Romagna cuisine to Forte Village. The menù will be enriched with summer dishes designed to take advantage of the seasonality of the raw ingredients and proximity to the sea.

All of the bungalows in the Bouganville and Le Palme have been upgraded and refurbished to the new larger and restyled Deluxe Bungalows. All have a large bathroom with bath and shower and a bedroom with sofa area for 2 adults. In some bungalows the sofa is a sofa-bed for a small child. The rooms of the Villa Del Parco main building and Il Borgo have also been completely refurbished.
The SPA has a unique circuit of 6 Thalasso pools, each with a unique blend of seawater, oil, salt, and temperature, and all immersed in beautiful tropical gardens.
