The new Suite is in a spectacular position on the promontory. It offers magnificent views over the lagoon by Chia’s beach. It comprises two double rooms, each with its own lounge area and private bathroom. The two rooms are joined by a communal lounge measuring almost 50 square metres, with sofa beds and its very own bathroom. The outdoor area includes large gardens with rooved verandas and furnished relaxation areas. The style of the Suite Incanto combines traditional Mediterranean architectural elements with design accessories in colours that reflect the hues and the light of Chia’s natural surroundings. Guests are entitled to 2 beach umbrellas and 4 sunbeds in the first row at Monte Cogoni beach offers magnificent views over the lagoon by Chia’s beach.
The brand new Suites are set in the heart of the Mediterranean’s nature, just a stone’s throw from the sea and from the lagoon and its flamingos. Each one has an unforgettable view over Chia’s sea. The Suites are spacious, designed to make every hour of day and evening a pure joy and providing the perfect place to relax, read, or enjoy the evening breeze on a summer’s afternoon. They comprise two rooms: a night area with double bed and a day area with a sofa bed. Around 50 square metres in total that can sleep up to four people, plus a cot for a baby.Guests are entitled to 1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds in the first row at Monte Cogoni beach.

Step into the heart of the Mediter-ranean’s nature and its fragrances: the Prestige Parco rooms all look out over the myr tle bushes, mastic trees and wild olive trees that weave their way through the granite of the hill. The stylish Prestige Parco rooms combine bright white areas with design elements and exposed beams and are spacious, charming and extremely comfortable. Each room can sleep up to three guests, with a double bed, a single sofa bed and a cot for a baby, if required.
